Salmon cartoner SA TRAY
The SA TRAY CARTONER is an intermittent motion machine with a speed of 45 cardboard trays per minute, with a maximum size of approximately 210×325 mm for the folder and 245 x 175 mm for the tray. Compared to robotic solutions, the SA Cartoner ensures greater stability of the packaged product as it automatically inserts the product tray inside the carton through a continuous, fluid, and linear motion.
The compact SA TRAY Cartoner, measuring 1.3 m x 1.7 m, can be equipped with a robot for product feeding to significantly increase operational autonomy, or it can be loaded manually.
